Everything else? Bonus.<hr><h2 id="2f5494a2-094d-488a-82bc-7c030f382bbf" data-toc-id="2f5494a2-094d-488a-82bc-7c030f382bbf">A Real Example: 12 Weeks, One Platform, Real Progress</h2>Let me show you what I built:This was a 12-week programme for business owners — a mix of people from around the world and some local to me. The goal? Help them master organic content to sell their courses, memberships, or digital products.What did I actually give them?🟢 A simple welcome video 🟢 A downloadable programme guide 🟢 A few short tutorials 🟢 Weekly tasks 🟢 Habit tracking (yep, even built that in)They can ask questions, comment as they go, and chat with each other on the platform. All through the same system — desktop and mobile.<hr><h2 id="071f6b6a-501a-4c4e-9d6f-c7004420d95d" data-toc-id="071f6b6a-501a-4c4e-9d6f-c7004420d95d">Live vs. On Demand? Use Both.</h2>There’s no right or wrong here — but mixing live and on-demand content is a killer combo.For this programme, I ran live sessions on Monday nights (UK time). They show up in the portal with a countdown timer, and I ask people to drop their questions ahead of the session.Afterwards, that live session becomes a recording — which becomes a resource for those who missed it or want to rewatch. 📺And yep, I use AI to whip up a summary and notes from the transcript, making it even easier for them to catch up or review.Repurpose as you go. Future you will thank you.<hr><h2 id="c647d0cc-16fe-4968-9f3d-65433c788512" data-toc-id="c647d0cc-16fe-4968-9f3d-65433c788512">The Sneaky Smart Way to Build Your Course</h2>Don’t design your whole course upfront.Instead:👉 Run it live once 👉 Record everything 👉 Chop it up later 👉 Boom — you’ve got an on-demand versionStill want that personal touch? Great. Keep a live Q&amp;A or coaching call in there. But as your library grows, you’ll likely need less live time.This is what I teach in K2R: You don’t need to be everywhere — just somewhere, with purpose.<hr><h2 id="d526d554-7da0-41ac-a72d-1fb9bd54cfa5" data-toc-id="d526d554-7da0-41ac-a72d-1fb9bd54cfa5">Tech Isn’t the Problem Anymore</h2>Tech used to be the bottleneck. Easy to scale.The real bottleneck now is mindset.We’ve been conditioned to think teaching = textbook + classroom. But the internet changed that. Your clients want live access to you. And they’ll pay more for it, too.This hybrid setup gives them:⚡ On-demand content ⚡ Weekly calls ⚡ Direct voice notes, messages, and video repliesIt’s high-value. Others go quiet for a few weeks.The point is: flexibility wins.This is what I care about most — helping people use the knowledge they already have, and turning it into something real (and revenue-generating).Because every day you wait?That’s potential income not reaching your bank account. That’s impact not reaching the people who need it.You don’t need to be “good at tech” to make this work. You just need a plan — and someone who’s done it before.<hr>You’ve already got the knowledge.
