You can upload one straight from your device or select one you’ve already uploaded.<hr><h2 id="029e2798-bf13-4053-adc8-917eef31f36a" data-toc-id="029e2798-bf13-4053-adc8-917eef31f36a">Step 2: Add Your Title, Description, and Thumbnail</h2><a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://youtube.com/live/HcVTiJyzmK0?feature=share">OneStream </a>makes this bit super smooth.You can:✅ Give your video a title ✅ Add a description and some tags ✅ Choose which platforms to stream to (I usually go with YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook) ✅ Upload a custom thumbnail (Canva for the win 🖼️)Hot tip: Facebook Events don’t like emojis — keep that in mind when writing your post.<hr><h2 id="f04a0fc8-60a0-4304-ae19-6e91646d0216" data-toc-id="f04a0fc8-60a0-4304-ae19-6e91646d0216">Step 3: Write a Killer Description Using a Tool That Sounds Like You</h2>Now here’s where I cheat. 😏I’ve built my own social media assistant tool — powered by AI, but with my voice and tone baked in.I don’t just rely on ChatGPT's blank-slate vibes. This tool knows:<ul><li>Who I am</li><li>What I do</li><li>How I write</li><li>And how I want my posts to sound</li></ul>It asks me smart prompts:<ul><li>What's today’s post about?</li><li>Do you want people to follow, comment, or click?</li><li>What tone are we going for? (I usually go “informative and fun”)</li><li>Are you using video? (Yup.)</li><li>Got a transcript to feed it?</li></ul>Boom. I drag in the transcript (from HappyScribe — best tool I’ve found for that), answer a few prompts, and it spits out a ready-to-go post in my voice.Is it perfect? Nah. I still tweak it.
